Key Responsibilities
  • Annual review meeting preparation and coordination
  • Preparing information for Paraplanners to conduct suitability letters and reports
  • Client engagement and communication, including correspondence and updates
  • Compliance and documentation, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Team collaboration with Administrators, Paraplanners, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working in a Financial Advisory practice, in an Administrator or similar capacity
  • A genuine interest in financial planning and wealth management
  • Knowledge of UK Compliance regulations and industry standards
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
