Role Responsibilities:

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, delivering compassionate care and support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality care to patients with varying needs.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
  • Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining organized records.
  • Demonstrating resilience and empathy while working with vulnerable individuals.
  • Communicating effectively with patients and team members to understand and address patient needs.
