Hours: 40 hours (fully supernumerary)

About the Role
Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager to work in their nursing home based near the Enfield area. This home provides care for nursing and residential residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having excellent teaching and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage a team of nurses and care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  2. Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  5. Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  1. Qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN) essential
  2. 2 years + experience working as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager
  3. Previous Nursing/Residential Care Home experience
  4. Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience
  5. Genuine passion for elderly care
