Located in a vibrant area, this independent and fully integrated team consists of approximately 50 members, boasting a remarkable culture and a history of elevating brands to prominence since its inception. Their campaigns frequently receive prestigious industry accolades, while they also prioritize a fun work environment, offering one of the industry's premier training and development programs with a strong emphasis on creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate brands and generate excitement for your clients.
- Collaborate on traditional media and digital campaigns alongside a talented creative team, led by an industry expert.
- Compose press releases.
- Participate in both national and international events.
- Support team leaders on high-budget campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- At least 12 months of prior experience in public relations.
- Background in consumer, lifestyle/travel, or food & beverage sectors.
- Established national media connections.
- A keen sense for newsworthy stories.
- Ability to generate excitement around client offerings.
- Strong relationship-building skills with key media and clients, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
What We Offer
A competitive base salary of £30-£34k, along with a company pension plan, hybrid working model (4 days in the office/1 day remote), flexible working hours, 26 days of annual leave plus additional time off during the holiday season, a monthly schedule of both external and internal training events, including regular creative workshops with top industry professionals, early finish on Fridays, team-building outings, and the opportunity to work with fantastic global brands in a fun and supportive environment.
