Job Title: Financial Business Partner

Haymarket Media Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the business in achieving its financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the financials for Haymarket Business Media (HBM), including production of monthly and annual reporting.
  • Manage and develop a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with HBM managers to complete annual budgets and 3-year business plans.
  • Present financial results to executive stakeholders across the group, ensuring clear and concise communication of financial information.
  • Develop and maintain successful working relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Requirements:
  • Relevant professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA etc) or working towards.
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work autonomously.
