We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in East Lothian. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support to vulnerable individuals in their daily lives, promoting independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide effective support to individuals.
- Communicate and build relationships with supported people to provide individualized care.
- Support individuals in daily activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience working in social care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
As a Relief Support Worker with Ark People Housing Care, you will receive:
- Statutory annual leave paid monthly based on hours worked.
- Fully funded PVG and 1st year SSSC registration.
- Blue Light Card.
