Job Title: Cleaner

Location: Barking

Working Hours: Sunday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday off

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at A1 Personnel Employment Agency Ltd. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting, to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Ensure all waste is correctly disposed of, including emptying trash bins and recycling materials.
• Operate cleaning machinery, such as industrial sweepers and scrubbers, safely and effectively.
• Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly stored and maintained after use.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse cleaning or industrial cleaning is preferred.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Good physical condition, capable of performing tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work night shifts consistently.
