Senior Utilities Engineer - Civils/Structural Water & Wastewater

Role Summary:
As a Senior Utilities Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering expert engineering services to support the Utilities Engineering Team Leader in providing essential utility services for various facilities and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake civil and structural design activities related to water and wastewater systems.
- Conduct design reviews, calculations, and change control processes.
- Engage in load coordination, strategic assessments, and configuration control.
- Manage asset performance and reliability engineering tasks.
- Collaborate with operational teams, project groups, and senior management to ensure effective utility service delivery.

Accountabilities:
- Adhere to management system requirements for Utilities Engineering.
- Provide engineering insights to enhance Utilities Engineering operations.
- Ensure the availability and compliance of utilities networks and infrastructure.
- Maintain high standards in environmental, safety, health, and quality practices.

Qualifications:
- HNC/HND or degree in a relevant field with additional experience (IEng or CEng preferred).
- Proven operational and engineering experience in industrial or utilities settings, particularly in civils/structural aspects of water and wastewater.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to undertake complex design work.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments, especially in nuclear and explosives sectors.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain necessary security clearance.
