Mentorship Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mentorship Specialist to join our team at Shaw Trust. As a Cognitive Behavioural Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our UKSPF funded The Change Project across East London Boroughs.
Key Responsibilities- Apply cognitive behavioural approaches to enable young people with entrenched views to make positive steps forward.
- Develop effective relationships with stakeholders, including young people, employers, and team members.
- 25 days annual leave per year, with incremental increases post 3 years' service.
- 2 days paid volunteering leave each year.
- An enhanced pension scheme after 6 months.
- Life Assurance at 3 times your annual salary rate.
