Join Our Team as a Health and Wellbeing Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Wellbeing Coach to join our team at Reed in Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering our world-class evidence-based health and wellbeing behavioural lifestyle interventions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging and delivering diabetes prevention programmes to agreed quality standards, supporting participants in achieving their SMART goals. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and participants, ensuring effective programme delivery and compliance with Commissioner reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and deliver diabetes prevention programmes to agreed quality standards
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and participants
  • Ensure effective programme delivery and compliance with Commissioner reporting requirements
  • Support participants in achieving their SMART goals
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our health and wellbeing programmes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of coaching or facilitating diverse participant groups
  • Experience of working with groups to achieve sustained behavioural or lifestyle improvements
  • Ability to establish an effective and appropriate rapport with key stakeholders and participants
  • Understanding of health-related behaviour change
  • Active listening skills while maintaining a non-judgmental perspective on participant's lifestyle, weight, and health
