Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement robust quality testing and audit procedures to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Translate regulatory requirements into clear product specifications to ensure all products meet or exceed safety and customer standards.
- Supplier Compliance: Conduct regular audits of suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and regulatory standards.
- Environment and Ethical Management: Develop and implement plans to ensure compliance with environmental and ethical regulations, including HIGG, EUDR, and SMETA.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar role within retail or supply chain, ideally within furniture.
- Experience working with compliance software, such as Track Record Global, Veriso, or SMETA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers, internal colleagues, and key customer contacts.
- Ability to work under pressure and at pace, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
