Dental Nurse Lead

As a Lead Dental Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental nursing team. Your expertise in Private, NHS, and UDA treatments, combined with your knowledge of GDC and regulatory responsibilities, will be essential in setting high standards for patient care and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Dental Nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Support recruitment and compliance duties, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver high-quality care.
- Manage the training of Trainee/Apprentice Dental Nurses, providing mentorship and support throughout their induction and development.
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager to ensure the efficient running of the dental nursing team.
- Drive surgery efficiency and contribute to practice performance goals by understanding Private and NHS dentistry.
- Embody the importance of GDC and regulatory responsibilities, ensuring compliance and excellence in patient care.
