Our highly regarded Commercial & Technology team are seeking a two year PQE Solicitor with strong commercial experience to join their busy Cardiff operation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients across various sectors, including med tech and life sciences, software and IT, telecoms, digital media, universities and spin outs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical expertise in all aspects of commercial/technology work
  • Developing and maintaining strong commercial relationships with clients
  • Working closely with the Commercial team to advise on commercial and technology matters
