Duties
  • Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance.
  • Assisting with inspections and viewings.
  • Organising check outs.
  • Organising contractors, gaining quotations, issuing works orders and obtaining invoices
  • Organising tenancy paperwork.
  • General Property Manager duties.
  • General lettings and admin duties.
Requirements
  • Previous lettings or property management experience
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
