Swimming Teacher Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at Southgate Leisure Centre in Enfield. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to our customers, promoting a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of our customers, promoting progress and achievement.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer progress and achievements, providing feedback and encouragement to support their development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the leisure centre.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new swimming programs and initiatives, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our organisational goals.
