Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join our pre-Construction team in Central London. As a Mechanical Estimator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality estimates for building services, engineering solutions, and construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in a Mechanical Estimating role.
  • Proficiency in researching materials, equipment, and labour costs.
  • Experience with Trimble or Contract Master is ideal; however, experience with other estimating software is also acceptable.
  • Strong Excel skills are beneficial.
  • Ability to liaise with clients to gather project requirements.
  • Skilled in gathering quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Capable of assessing project risks and preparing detailed quotations.
  • Proven track record of maintaining excellent relationships with clients and site teams.
  • Competent in analysing company data, exchange rates, and prices using various software packages.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.
  • Attending design, progress, and commercial meetings regularly.
  • Monitoring project stages to ensure costs align with forecasts.
Remuneration Package:
