About the Role

The Catering Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the catering assistants and assisting the manager with operational and financial responsibility for the school's catering facility. This includes:

  • Leading and developing the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and service
  • Managing stock, food, and labour costs to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Ensuring consistency of food and service standards across all school locations
  • Driving sales through promotions and events to increase revenue
  • Managing and improving controllable costs to optimize profitability
  • Overseeing menu development to meet the needs of our customers
  • Maintaining company systems and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure standards are being met

We are looking for someone with:

  • Craft-based experience using fresh ingredients
