Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Chef de Rang to join our esteemed team at a renowned 2 Michelin Star establishment. This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Compensation:
Salary ranges from £35,000 to £38,000, commensurate with experience.

Location:
Southwest London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with service standards.
  • Guide and mentor staff in menu presentation, dish explanations, and ingredient details to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate order processing through the POS system, accommodating special requests and dietary needs.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to guarantee timely and precise delivery of food and beverages.
  • Maintain a pristine dining environment and proactively address guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism, striving for high service standards and effective resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Michelin-rated or similarly prestigious dining environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years in luxury hospitality roles.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Passion for the culinary arts and a desire for professional growth.
  • Strong teamwork and individual work capabilities.
  • Conflict resolution skills and experience managing guest complaints.
