### Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Setter/Operator to join our team at a leading manufacturer in High Wycombe. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to develop their skillset and grow within a technical department.

### Key Responsibilities

* Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components
* Develop and optimize machining programs for parts, ensuring efficiency and best cost
* Collaborate with design teams to improve existing parts and develop new designs for manufacture
* Maintain component quality standards and adhere to ISO standards
