Medical Devices Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee the management of service delivery across the UK. This role is critical in ensuring that all service and maintenance activities are delivered safely and in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the performance of all maintenance and service-related operational obligations for different sites
- Communicate issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner
- Liaise with head of operations over budget management for the account
- Production of performance reports
- Undertake audits of medical equipment
- MHRA managing medical devices
- Contract management skills
- 5+ years' experience in NHS / private healthcare
- Expertise in at least one medical equipment modality
