Your Role as an Evening Care Support Specialist:
In this position, you will assist clients with their evening routines, providing companionship and support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing meaningful relationships with clients, offering companionship and care during evening visits.
- Creating a warm and inviting home environment by assisting with light household duties and meal preparation.
- Helping clients unwind and prepare for their evening routines.
- Engaging in enjoyable activities such as reading and playing games.
- Maintaining open communication with clients and their families to ensure high-quality care and reassurance.
Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary; thorough training and assessment will be provided.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Reliable transportation for home visits and errands.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A naturally caring and friendly demeanor, with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Must be a UK resident with a valid UK driving license and personal transportation.
- Availability for alternate weekends.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
Please note that working visas are not available for this position.
