Job Title: B2B Internal Sales Executive

Hunt4 is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our client in Quedgeley.

This is a 37 hour a week job, based at the Gloucester office. The successful candidate will be required to work Mon-Thurs pm and Fri pm with a 1-hour lunch break.

The Role:
  1. Regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  2. Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  3. Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and identify new business opportunities.
  4. Generate revenue by selling products or services to potential customers through phone, email, or other virtual channels.
  5. Identify and qualify leads to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  6. Develop and deliver sales presentations to engage and persuade customers.
  7. Negotiate deals and close sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to develop strategies and achieve sales objectives.
  9. Identify and quantify business sectors for internet service providers, utilities, government/defence, and direct and indirect sales, including system integrators.
  10. Search for potential market areas for telecom opportunities.
  11. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote products and the business.
  12. Build relationships and stay up-to-date with new products and technologies.
  13. Create sales forecasts and actively work towards reaching them, presenting sales information to the Senior Management Team.
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Enthusiastic and engaging with a proactive and ambitious approach to sales.
  2. Proven track record of working in sales with a creative and strategic mindset.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  4. Ability to work well as part of a team and independently, with a strong work ethic.
  5. Customer service experience and good interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work to deadlines and strive for continuous improvement and efficiency.
Desirable Qualifications:
  1. Strong desire to understand the company's products and competition in the industry.
  2. Excellent customer service skills.
  3. Technical skills to understand and propose products and solutions, focusing on the client's requirements.
  4. Good communication skills, both verbally and written.
Benefits:

Basic salary £28,000+ per annum, depending on applicant experience.

20 days Annual leave (plus Bank Holidays) plus one day Birthday Leave.

Pension scheme auto enrolment after three months.
