Position Overview

Quality Assurance Engineer

Contract role with competitive daily rates.

Guidant Global is seeking skilled and driven Quality Assurance Engineers to collaborate with our prestigious client in a secure setting.

This position necessitates holding a valid DV clearance. The role is situated in a unique environment, and we are looking for exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities:


• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the specified testing requirements for assigned projects and perform necessary test evaluations.


• Design and develop test scenarios.


• Identify and generate test data.


• Execute testing procedures, document results, report defects with detailed information, and track progress.


• Input and update scripts in the testing repository.


• Support the ongoing enhancement and deployment of the test automation framework.


• Maintain and update the existing test suite.


• Conduct peer reviews of documentation.


• Collaborate continuously with clients and development teams.

Essential Technical Skills:


• Test Automation expertise (preferably with Robot Framework)


• Proficiency in Linux (including bash scripting)


• Programming skills (Python, Java, or C#)


• Familiarity with databases (preferably MongoDB or SQL)


• Knowledge and experience with:

** Docker

** JSON and XML file formats

** Open SSL


• Experience with Cucumber and/or developing automation tests in a BDD format.
