Position Overview:

  • As an Agricultural Service Engineer, you will be tasked with the repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery, including tractors and combines, from some of the most prestigious brands globally.
  • Maintain precise records of service and repairs.
  • Diagnose and rectify machinery issues, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
  • Demonstrate and install machinery as required.
  • Collaborate with service and workshop managers to meet demanding timelines.
  • Travel to customer locations in your designated area to service and repair machinery. (A valid driving license is required)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possesses a Level 3 qualification in Land Based Engineering or an equivalent in HGV, Plant, or Construction.
  • Capable of effective communication with a diverse range of customers and colleagues.
  • Open to undergoing additional training and specific manufacturer courses to enhance and update skills.
  • Experienced in agricultural machinery and willing to work overtime during peak seasons.
  • Adept at problem-solving and working under pressure in challenging conditions.
