Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and delivery of self-serve solutions, collaborating with developers to create innovative products.
  • Shape and influence our digital audit strategy, leveraging advances in technology such as AI/ML techniques.
  • Manage effective stakeholder relationships across the audit service line, including specialist functions.
  • Continuously review the skillset and talent within the team, identifying gaps and supporting recruitment efforts.
  • Develop proficiency in Python, working with a team to write and review quality source code.
  • Support the continuous improvement of our products through UX/UI enhancements and identifying opportunities for future growth.
  • Follow the firm's risk and quality control processes, providing feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership group to shape our future strategy.
