We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd.

About the Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our academic team to provide support to students with Special Educational Needs in our Primary Schools across Bollington and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with SEN
• Provide individualized support to students with SEN, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with SEN

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for working with students with SEN and a commitment to providing high-quality support. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
