This full-time position presents a wonderful opportunity for individuals who are devoted to enhancing the behavioral and emotional growth of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized assistance to students exhibiting challenging behaviors, guiding them in managing and improving their conduct.
  • Collaborate closely with educators and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) to devise and execute effective behavior management plans.
  • Facilitate one-on-one and small group mentoring sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Contribute to establishing a secure and inclusive learning atmosphere where every student feels appreciated and supported.
  • Track and document student progress, providing consistent feedback to educators and guardians.
  • Promote positive behavior and support the social and emotional well-being of students.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience working with children in an educational context, especially with behavioral challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to cultivate positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
  • Patience, empathy, and resilience.
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
