The Opportunity:

We're looking for a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team. As a Digital Project Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Project Managers to ensure the smooth execution of new platform and website setups. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating timelines and assets for new implementations
  • Managing site amendments and client updates
  • Keeping the internal team informed about project timelines and deadlines
  • Maintaining project documentation, including scope of work, meeting minutes, and handover documents
  • Verifying project deliverables upon completion
  • Providing ad-hoc assistance with implementation, testing, and QA
  • Supporting the Project Manager in maintaining operational efficiency

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a candidate with a strong understanding of the project lifecycle, from brief to launch. You should be able to demonstrate your ability to coordinate and communicate with multiple team members, with a strong follow-up drive. Additionally, you should be a great communicator, both written and verbal, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
