We are seeking a highly skilled Trainee Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Trainee Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing manufacturing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop manufacturing processes and procedures
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate new products into production
- Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and records
Requirements:
- Proficient in 3D CAD design software, preferably Autodesk Fusion 360
- Hands-on manufacturing experience with a strong understanding of design and development principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
