HVAC Technician Role

We are excited to present an opportunity for an HVAC Technician to become a vital part of our team at Atlas Workplace Services. This position involves working within the mobile unit, focusing on executing scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) and addressing reactive maintenance tasks with precision.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC systems and refrigeration, demonstrating the capability to perform maintenance and repairs to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain exceptional standards and competencies
  • Execute PPM and minor projects
  • Communicate effectively with Clients, Customers, and Team members
  • Offer technical assistance and direction
  • Ensure optimal value for the Client
  • Provide performance reports to the Manager
  • Guarantee the safe execution of all tasks
  • Regularly update the Maximo system
  • Take responsibility for the quality of work
  • Be available for call-out support as needed
Essential Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 3 in the relevant field
  • Certified HVAC Technician
  • City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Regulations (Category 1)
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Competence in office software applications
  • Familiarity with asset and work management systems
  • Over 3 years of experience in a similar environment
  • At least 2 years in customer-facing positions
  • Background in mobile engineering or property maintenance
