About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at our Kettering service. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex disabilities, including deafblindness, to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Support individuals to participate in activities and hobbies that promote their health and wellbeing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
