We are looking for a committed and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our enthusiastic team, presenting an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to make a meaningful difference in a nurturing and innovative educational atmosphere.
This full-time, long-term position offers a competitive daily salary and is a new role created in response to the expansion of our support services.
In this role, you will collaborate with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students, addressing diverse needs within a classroom setting of approximately 25 learners and assisting in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in supporting educational activities across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Expertise:
Understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
Teaching Support:
Aid the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality educational experiences and managing student behavior.
Student Assistance:
Offer tailored support to students with varying requirements, including those with special educational needs.
Lesson Development:
Collaborate in the design and preparation of teaching resources and activities.
- Participate in assessing and tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
