About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join our inclusive primary school in Richmond, Southwest London. As a key member of our teaching team, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 4 students, promoting active participation and academic growth.
  • Assess students' progress and provide timely and constructive feedback, ensuring they feel safe and motivated to learn.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on students' progress, fostering strong relationships and a sense of community.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with experience in Year 4, and excellent classroom management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and growth, with a commitment to excellence in education.
