Physiotherapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our therapy team within the Burns/Plastics/Head and Neck department at Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities- To work with a joint caseload of burns, plastics, and head and neck patients, providing assessment and treatment to maximise patient recovery and function.
- To participate in the burns/plastics therapy team training and audit programme, ensuring high-quality patient-centred rehabilitation.
- To deliver high-quality patient-centred rehabilitation, maximising patient recovery and function.
- To take a role in the day-to-day supervision, education, and assessment of performance of junior physiotherapists and students.
- To undertake evidence-based audit and research projects to further own and the team's clinical practice.
Our therapy team is dedicated to providing excellent care and support to our patients. We work closely with other professionals, including occupational therapists, dietitians, nursing teams, and medical colleagues, to ensure comprehensive care.
