Key Responsibilities:
As a CiviCRM Specialist, you will be responsible for:
1. Leading the development and management of our membership database, CiviCRM.
2. Creating and maintaining complex reports utilizing MySQL and Metabase.
3. Acting as the primary contact for CiviCRM-related inquiries, providing troubleshooting and support for staff and users.
4. Continuously improving the organization's processes related to CiviCRM, identifying efficiencies where possible.
5. Collaborating with the Website Manager and external support teams for updates to the CRM, CMS, or server.
6. Working closely with the Website Manager to enhance the organization's website and its integration with CiviCRM.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A proven track record in CRM database development.
- Experience with MySQL or SQL.
- Familiarity with CiviCRM or Drupal systems.
