Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to gain independence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of care staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered to our service users.
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of our service users.
  • Conduct regular supervision and appraisals to support the growth and development of our care staff.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including allocating shifts and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the service and the achievement of our goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a care or support setting.
  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
