Key Skills and Experience

E-Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our automotive engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on automotive engineering and body & trim systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver vehicle systems and features on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, and to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, and ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver their tasks.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and take corrective action as necessary to ensure project deliverables are met.

Technical Knowledge and Skills

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive engineering principles and processes, including design, development, test, and measurement. They will also have experience with project management tools and methodologies, and be able to apply their knowledge and skills to lead and manage complex projects.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in automotive engineering and project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
