Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Recruitment Solutions. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing credit for a portfolio of high-profile clients, ensuring timely payments and maintaining healthy cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Credit Management:
- Monitor customer accounts, follow up on overdue invoices, and negotiate payment plans where necessary.
- Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing clients, setting appropriate credit limits and terms.
- Prepare and present regular reports on credit control activities to the management team.
- Accounts Assistance:
- Support the accounts team with day-to-day financial operations, including invoice processing and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end processes, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Handle general queries from clients and internal teams, providing prompt and efficient support.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required to help maintain smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in credit control is essential. Experience with general accounting duties is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions and records.
