Position Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Safety Consultant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are maintained across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the formulation, administration, and evaluation of the Safety, Health, and Environmental Management framework, ensuring compliance with current legislation and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the creation of materials for Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) training and awareness initiatives.
  • Participate in the rollout of a behavioral safety program aimed at enhancing workplace safety culture.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and audits in collaboration with management to verify adherence to company policies, client expectations, and legal obligations, providing actionable recommendations for enhancements.
  • Uphold integrity in all health and safety responsibilities.
  • Assist in the management of critical HSE data to facilitate precise trend analysis and develop responsive systems to address identified trends.
  • Help design and promote Occupational Health and Wellbeing campaigns to elevate awareness within the organization.
  • Support the HSE Manager in delivering health and safety insights for tender submissions and pre-qualification processes.
  • Collaborate with the HSE Manager to implement the organization's strategic objectives related to Health and Safety.

Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH certification.
  • Experience in managing safety on construction sites.
  • Valid driving license.
