Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Night Auditor to support our Front Office operations during night time. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records and reports are maintained during the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform essential audit tasks to ensure financial accuracy and integrity
• Handle guest inquiries and provide professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
• Monitor hotel premises and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards
• Audit daily hotel revenues and ensure all daily transactions are balancing across all systems
• Ensure all financial discrepancies are corrected before the start of the next business day

Requirements:

• Hotel or leisure-related experience in a similar role
• Excellent language and communication skills in English
• Responsible, reliable, and able to handle stressful peak periods
• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and with a positive approach
• Problem-solvers who enjoy taking on challenges
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus
