The role offers a Basic Salary of £31,000 with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £50,000 alongside additional company perks.

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the sales team effectively. You will be tasked with formulating and presenting financial solutions to clients after they have been qualified by the sales team. A comprehensive understanding of financial and insurance product regulations is crucial to ensure that clients receive precise information.

This role necessitates the ability to establish rapport with clients swiftly and fairly. You will be expected to track finance performance against established budgets and proactively identify and rectify any discrepancies. Collaborating with management to mentor and enhance the team's skills to meet business goals will also be part of your duties, alongside documenting all activities to assess performance and outcomes.
