About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Director to lead our Cloud Technology organization, driving innovation and excellence in our cloud-based platforms. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you'll be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of platform engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our cloud-based platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Build and manage a world-class team of platform engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying your expertise to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a strategic engineering leadership role, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, platform engineering, and software development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive business outcomes.
  • Experience with cloud providers such as AWS and GCP, as well as containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
