Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Junior Doctor to join our team as a Psychiatry Inpatient Senior Medical Officer at the North London Mental Health Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with mental health disorders, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating psychotherapeutic interventions and crisis management strategies.
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care and support for patients.
- Contribute to the development of safety plans and manage patients at risk of harm to themselves or others.
Requirements:
- Junior Doctor with Psychiatry inpatient experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Working Arrangements:
- Shift pattern: 9:00-17:00.
- Pay rate: £47 per hour (depending on experience).
