Job Title: Sales Advisor

Job Overview:

In this role, you will interact directly with customers to answer questions, provide guidance, increase sales, and elevate their experience with our company. You will be expected to keep up to date with all the latest products and promotions to maximize sales opportunities. You will also be required to manage key accounts, actively maintain relationships, and obtain new clients over a fixed term period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Line Manager with tasks that work towards the future development of the company.
• Responsible for obtaining and actively maintaining relationships with long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements, while playing an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
• Carry out tasks inside an office environment that work towards achieving sales targets and goals, including customer visits.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide customers with the best, most accurate information possible.
• Work closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams, along with other departments, and demonstrate excellent teamwork, problem-solving skills, and innovation to help deliver a world-class customer service offering.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions and shows.
• Assist the Line Manager with any other tasks that work towards the future development of the company.
