Catering Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at New Hall School. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of catering staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs of our clients, including children of all ages.
- Collaborate with our experienced professionals to tailor our catering service provision to meet the bespoke requirements of our clients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as equal opportunities and safeguarding policies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our catering team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality food service and exceptional customer service.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as equal opportunities and safeguarding policies.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
