About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment in Deeside. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a gentleman suffering from a spinal injury in his own home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Promote independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
  • Build strong relationships with service users who have varying needs and abilities.
Requirements
  • Be over the age of 18 to apply.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Be a UK resident.
  • Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (if applicable).
  • NVQ 2 in health and social care.
  • Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector.
