Senior Family Solicitor Opportunity

G2 Legal is seeking a highly experienced Senior Family Solicitor to join their esteemed private team in Chester city centre. This is an exceptional chance for a qualified Solicitor to take on a leadership role and contribute to the firm's continued growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Private Family law, with a minimum of 5 years' PQE. As the lead Solicitor in the specialist Family team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of private Family clients and driving the team forward. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in shaping the team's strategy and ensuring its continued success.

The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, with a guideline salary of up to £65k. You will work autonomously, with the support of a junior team, and have opportunities for progression and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of private Family clients
  • Lead the specialist Family team and drive its strategy
  • Contribute to the firm's growth and success
  • Develop and implement effective case management and client service strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' PQE in Private Family law
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
