Key Account Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Executive to join our team at JK Foods. As a leading importer and distributor of Asian and Far Eastern foods, we are looking for an individual who can develop and maintain strong relationships with our major retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business contact for all major retail accounts, developing key accounts and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Satisfy customer requests related to invoices, purchase orders, and other documents.
  • Handle customer queries, track customer orders, and respond to requests.
  • Coordinate with logistics and marketing divisions to ensure seamless execution of customer requests.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of using EDI supermarket systems.
  • Previous experience in key account management within major retail supermarkets.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and understand consumer behavior.
  • Commercial and business planning/forecasting experience.
