Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Court of Protection Solicitor to join our successful Private Client team. As a key member of the team, you will assist with Court of Protection and deputyship matters, collaborating with senior solicitors and partners to deliver high-quality work to our HNW and UHNW clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Reviewing Court of Protection Applications: You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing Court of Protection applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaboration with Senior Solicitors and Partners: You will work closely with senior solicitors and partners to deliver high-quality work to our clients, including drafting and reviewing Court of Protection applications and assisting with deputyship matters.
  • Supporting the Private Client Team: You will provide administrative support to the Private Client team, including assisting with client development and marketing projects.
  • Client Development and Marketing: You will assist with client development and marketing projects, including identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience: You will have a demonstrated track record within a reputable law firm, ideally with a reputation for quality national or international work.
  • Financial Court of Protection Experience: You will have experience with financial Court of Protection matters, including deputyship applications.
  • Attention to Detail: You will have a proven attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Client Interaction: You will be able to comfortably interact directly with clients, colleagues, and other parties.
