Telefónica Tech is seeking a skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our Cyber team, you will be responsible for managing technical security services, responding to incidents, and establishing standards and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical security services, including SaaS AV, SIEM, Network Flow, Penetration, and PAM services.
  • Respond to incidents and requests, and establish appropriate standards and controls.
  • Manage, patch, and upgrade security technologies.
  • Direct the establishment and implementation of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a managed service environment (ITIL process driven).
  • Experience in managing Enterprise AV solutions (over 3000 endpoints).
  • Network Flow Management and Reporting.
  • Knowledge of cyber security controls and best practice.
  • Good understanding of risk management principles and management fundamentals.
  • Maintain an awareness of vulnerability management and Risk Assessments.
  • Research/evaluate emerging cyber security threats and ways to manage them.
  • Proficient in presenting to local team members and wider senior management team.

Desirable:

  • Cyber security certification (e.g. CISSP).
  • Experience with Cyber Security Frameworks (NIST, COBIT, ISO, Cyber Essentials etc).
  • Experience with audit programs either external or internal.
